I came across Rick Beato's Everything Music channel on YouTube a while back. Beato explains complex musical concepts in a way that is both informative and entertaining. I think the channel is "wicked cool."

As my wife Teresa was preparing for the annual visit by trick-or-treaters, she asked me what my favorite candy was when I was a kid. There was one candy that was always my first choice. It was a unique silver-wrapped, piece of chocolate that was designed to be thicker and more substantial than other candy bars of the time. It was a Chunky!

David McCallum's passing brought back memories of The Man from U.N.C.L.E. This was one of my favorite shows growing up.. When I was looking for an outtake from the show to share here, I found this one that features William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy before they were cast together in Star Trek.

I came across this video of watchmaker Masahiro Kikuno a while back. He makes each of his watches almost entirely by hand. This kind of focus, skill, and passion are "wicked cool."

I saw this piece on poitín a few weeks ago. It talks about how the market has been redeveloped. Definitely a fun read. What do you think? Wicked cool?

This amazing time-lapse piece filmed over three years by Keith Loutit is incredible. Singapore is one of my favorite places in the world. It is almost unbelievable how the city has grown. This piece shows that in a way that is "wicked cool."

Our latest "wicked cool" find is the Connie Cocktail Lounge at the TWA Hotel at JFK. It was featured in a recent Moss and Fog article. It brought back a ton of memories.

This piece about the origin of Bond's Vesper Martina came across my feed this week. Do you know the true origin of "shaken, not stirred." It is wicked cool.

Here is my latest "Wicked Cool" find. It is an article from last summer about how outdoor showers are "a state of mind." As we roll into the summer, this "bucket list" project may finally need to get scheduled.

This week's Wicked Cool is are a couple of videos of "The Neighborhood" shot from the Artemis 1 Orion spacecraft. As someone whose childhood dream was to be a NASA astronaut, all I can say is this is "wicked cool!"

I haven't had the opportunity to visit Singapore over the past fifteen years, but I am always amazed when I see images, videos, or shows of how the city has continued to grow. One of these I came across recently is this video about the Gardens By The Bay. This 250-acre park is definitely "wicked cool."

This is the first in a new series of posts to share things I come across that are, in the vernacular of my Boston youth, "wicked cool". Found a great video that does a complete 3D tour of how the RMS Titanic was built. It definitely had me saying "wicked cool."
