This new marketing campaign by Belvedere featuring Daniel Craig got a lot of play in the media over the weekend. The centerpiece is an upbeat and engaging commercial that shows Craig “as himself.” When it came across my daily feed on Uncrate.com this weekend, I definitely had to watch.
The commercial was directed by Taika Waititi and features original music by Rita Ora and Gigg. This is the extended director’s cut. In the commercial, Craig starts in a very thoughtful “bond-like” pose and then transitions through a series of energetic dance scenes that show a very different side of his personality. It is an interesting campaign which definitely breaks with Craig’s classic buttoned up style. It definitely brought a smile.
If you like Daniel Craig, it is definitely worth taking a few minutes to watch. Hope you enjoy.
