All three of the belts for our Liftmaster garage door openers failed in the past two months. They are 15 years old, but it was strange that they all failed within a few weeks of each other. We had used Kelly’s Garage Door Services a few years ago. I liked that they were a local company. They were very responsive and got the issue resolved quickly.
They came out within a couple of days back in August when the first belt failed. They confirmed the belt was under warranty and contacted the vendor to get the replacement. We got it within a week and they were out the next day to get the repair done. When the other dooors failed, I had them come back out. The manufacturer required us to call to order the warranty parts. We got them in a couple of days and Kelly came right back out and got everything working again. They lubed and checked everything while they were here. The costs were very reasonable.
