Recommended — Crumbl Cookies

My son Ryan wanted to take a run up to Wing Stop, his favorite local chicken place, for lunch today. After we picked up his order, we decided to swing by Crumbl Cookies which has a store right across the street. They feature 4 or 5 different specialty flavors on a rotating basis each week. This week they had three flavors we wanted to try.

  • Pumpkin Cake – A soft pumpkin spice cookie layered with rich cream cheese frosting and a garnish of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • Hazelnut Sea Salt – A browned butter cookie drizzled and stuffed with melty hazelnut spread and a dash of sea salt.
  • Apple Pie – From the orchard to your pink box—a buttery pie cookie topped with bakery-made apple pie filling and yummy cookie crumbs.

We tried the Pumpkin Cake and Hazelnut today. Both were really good. The cream cheese frosting on the pumpkin was awesome and the Hazelnut is a great blend of sweet and salty. Saving the Apple Pie for a mid-afternoon snack tomorrow! As I have written about before, I really love a good cookie. Crumbl Cookies definitely recommended.
