We are celebrating our fifth Christmas in Tallahassee this year. Teresa’s whole family is with us and she made another fabulous “Noche Buena” dinner with pork, yucca, black beans and rice, and maduros. This year I must have been an especially good boy because “Santa” made me a mincemeat pie. This was my Mom’s holiday favorite and brings back so many childhood memories for me.
