This Friday’s song is “Die a Happy Man” by Thomas Rhett. It was released on September 28, 2015, as the second single from his second studio album, Tangled Up. It was the first song by Rhett that I added to our music collection. It has been great exploring more of his work, but I keep coming back to this one as one my real favorites.
I have been feeling a bit down over the past few weeks. I picked “this “Die a Happy Man” as a great reminder of how truly lucky I am. I found the woman who makes me feel like this and she said yes…
And I know that I can’t ever tell you enough

That all I need in this life is your crazy love
If I never get to see the Northern Lights
Or if I never get to see the Eiffel Tower at night
Oh, if all I got is your hand in my hand
Baby, I could die a happy man
A happy man, baby, mmm
