My wife and I worked on the camellia and agapanthus beds on the south-facing side of our home this past weekend. Got some help from the visiting sister-in-law which was much appreciated. While we sometimes miss the tropical weather in Miami, one of the things we really enjoy here in Tallahassee is the wide variety of blooming plants throughout the year. Agapanthus, often called Lilly of the Nile, bloom all over the city in June and July. Most of ours are the blue variety, but we have some white mixed in.
